At UniCredit, the EMC is a managerial committee at Group-level to ensure the effective steering, coordination and control of Group business, as well as an effective alignment of the holding company with the different businesses and geographies.

 

 

 

 

Amina Mahmutovic

Amina Mahmutović

Management Board President

Mrs. Amina Mahmutović, CEO, started her banking career in 2000 by working as an Investment Analyst. In 2004, she joined UniCredit Group and extended her professional experience at various management positions within Corporate Banking and Risk Management Sectors. In 2019, she was appointed as a Management Board President.

Mrs. Mahmutović graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo.

 

Zeljka Zubcevic

Željka Zubčević

Management Board Member

Mrs. Željka Zubčević, member of the Management Board responsible for Risk Management of UniCredit Bank, joined UniCredit in 2006 and gained professional experience working in positions within the Risk Management sector. In 2020, she was appointed a member of the Management Board responsible for Risk Management.

Mrs. Zubčević received her education in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Dubrovnik.

Ornela Bandic

Management Board Member

Mrs. Ornela Bandić, member of the Management Board responsible for Global Banking Services of UniCredit Bank, joined UniCredit in 2002 and gained professional experience at various management positions within the Commercial Sales Support, Retail Product Management and Human Resources Division. She has been appointed a member of the Management Board responsible for Global Banking Services in 2021.

Mrs. Bandić graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar.

Dragan Cavar

Dragan Ćavar

Management Board Member

Mr. Dragan Ćavar, member of the Management Board, in charge of Retail Banking, joined UniCredit in 2010 and he has acquired a broad experience by working in positions within the Risk Management sector. In 2020, he was appointed as a member of UniCredit Bank Management Board, in charge of Retail Banking.

Mr. Ćavar holds a master’s degree in Finance with Distinction from the Institute Heriot-Watt University at Edinburgh.

Almir Gredic

Almir Gredić

Mr. Almir Gredić, member of the Management Board responsible for Corporate banking, joined UniCredit in 2007 and gained professional experience at various management positions. From 2009 to February 2021, the area of his professional expertise is directed from the Segment Individuals to the Large and Medium Corporate Segment. He has been appointed a member of the Management Board responsible for Corporate and investment banking in 2021.

Mr. Gredić holds a master’s degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo.

Ronald Sudić

Ronald Sudić

Mr. Ronald Sudić, member of the Management Board responsible for People & Culture, joined UniCredit Group at Zagrebačka Banka d.d. in 1998, and since then took over many strategic and managerial positions in Business within the Retail division as well as People & Culture in Croatia, Austria and Kazakhstan. For the last four years he has been on the position of Head of P&C in UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d.

Mr. Sudić holds Bachelor’s degree from University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics; Organization and Management.

Zvonimir Čolak

Zvonimir Čolak

Management Board Member

Mr. Zvonimir Čolak, member of the Management Board, in charge of Financial Management, joined UniCredit in 2008 and he has acquired a broad experience by working in management positions within the Audit, Human Resource Management, Accounting and Regulatory and Financial Reporting sectors. In 2024, he was appointed as a member of UniCredit Bank Management Board, in charge of Financial Management.

Mr. Čolak holds a degree in economics from the University of Zagreb.

At UniCredit, we have adopted the "traditional" management and control system at Group-level. This governance model allows for an efficient business management, while ensuring effective controls.
